Charity Wood is a trial-winning licensed attorney in Tennessee and Georgia. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Georgia State University – College of Law. Upon passing the bar examination, she began practicing family law where she became equipped with the skills needed to be a great advocate for her clients.
During her legal career, Charity Wood has garnered the opportunity to work in family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and insurance defense where she successfully litigated in hearings, bench trials, and jury trials. She specializes in litigation, research, and drafting. Having the opportunity to work for a huge corporation and smaller firms, she quickly realized that she is suited for a firm where she can freely advocate for the best interests of her clients.
Charity Wood knows that most people cannot afford high legal services barring them from adequate representation. To help fight this injustice, she developed CW Law Firm to provide flat fee services for those that may not need full service but help along the way. She understands that every client’s needs are unique. She will formulate a strategic plan fighting to get the best results for you.
